Labour will create a Single Enforcement Body to ensure employment rights are upheld.

The long title of the Employment Rights Act 2025 explicitly states it will 'make provision about the enforcement of legislation relating to the labour market'. This directly addresses the creation of enforcement mechanisms for employment rights.
